This shocking news continues to reveal that an epidemic is ripping through our society where some kids may never get a chance to fulfill their true potential, in part due to high levels of cholesterol building up in their bodies...a precursor to premature heart disease. Inspiring Kids Today was founded by Mr. Jim Scott, co-founded by son James D. Scott, and a Board of Advisors. While Mr. Scott has 28 years experience working with kids, parents and families, it is our own personal journey with the afflication of heart disease that 'drives' us to help educate, motivate and inspire others.

Circumstances often reveal the importance of things in our life, especially when it comes to our health. Health & wellness have become 'hot topics' at Inspiring Kids Today, because we believe it is the one area of development that can adversely affect all others. "What are we without our health."
The fall of 2010 represents a very exciting time for Inspiring Kids Today. We have evolved from our humble beginnings into a progressive organization that continues to expand with a focus on core development areas for kids.

We believe that there are core development areas that are important for kids and parents to focus on: Health, fitness, literacy, and education.
We know that without good health kids are limited in the choices they can make, especially as they consider chasing and catching their dreams 'to be the best they can be.' We believe that the primary and fundamental area of development is their health.
